Ronneby Havscamping is a member of the system Camping Key Europe. This means all guest groups need to have this card to be able to stay with us. If you do not have the Camping Key Europe card one will be provided for you at check in. (Does not apply to for bookings of cabins)
When you have made a reservation, a confirmation/invoice of your booking will normally be issued, which will be sent to you either by mail och by e-mail. 30 days before arrival, the total amount of the reservation should be paid. When making a reservation later than 30 days before arrival, the total amount should be paid at the time of the reservation. A booking fee of SEK 80:- will be added to the bill.
Cancellation protection insurance
A cancellation protection insurance can be bought at a cost of SEK 250:-/object when reserving a cabin, studio, or a camping pitch for more than three days. If you have a cancellation protection insurance and cancel your reservation, the entire rent that has been paid will be reimbursed with exception for a handling charge of SEK 250:- as well as the booking fee. The cancellation protection insurance is valid until 6pm (18:00) the day before arrival.
Reservation without Cancellation protection insurance
If you cancel your reservation without a cancellation protection insurance, there will be no reimbursement.
Changes in the reservation
Changes in the reservation which means a different time or object is considered a cancellation and a new reservation. Should big changes occur we have the right to charge extra for this. Unexpected events or accidents over which we have no control, gives us right to move you to equivalent lodgings. Reservations that are made late, and that are not yet paid for, will be held for the guest no longer than until 6pm (18.00) the day of the arrival, if nothing else has been agreed upon.
Check-in time for cabins, studios and camping pitches is from 3pm (15:00). Guests arriving late must notify the campsite of this.
Check-out time for cabins, studios and camping pitches is no later than noon (12.00). Should the check-out be delayed, the campsite has the right to charge the guest of another day’s rent.
Reservations made in advance shall, if nothing else has been agreed upon, be paid before arrival. Cabins and studios must always be paid for in advance. Camping pitches that has not been reserved in advance can be paid for when checking out. However, the guest must pay in advance, should the campsite request it.
Rules of order
At Ronneby Havscamping the regulations of the Nordic Campsite organizations apply. In addition to these, there are also certain local regulations concerning placement of vehicle on the campsite, parking of cars, placement of electrical cords, drain tanks etc. which are based on decrees from authorities. Breaches of the regulations mean that the guest can be evicted from the campsite.
Respect other guests. Keep in mind that many want to rest before the following day. Loud noise coming from radio, TV, stereo, or other sounds, especially at night, as well as damage on property will cause immediate eviction and there will be no reimbursement for any lost time at Ronneby Havscamping. Silence shall prevail between 11pm and 7am (23.00-07.00) since this is a campsite of family character.
No caravan or similar vehicle can be placed on the campsite without having contacted the reception at Ronneby Havscamping beforehand. Should there be no room for the car on the place, we will request you to park it in the parking lot by the main building. Trailers for boats and similar should be placed in a space assigned by staff in the reception.
Care for the environment. Garbage, bottles and other waste products shall be sortet into the right containers at the recycle station.
The speed limit within the area is fixed at 10 km/h.
Ronneby Havscamping Bökenäs AB does not take responsibility for theft, or any damage that may occur on guests or their property. We also reserve the right to, on expense of the guests and without reimbursement, immediately evict those who do not follow the regulations above, or any other regulations given by the staff at Ronneby Havscamping.
Damage on guest property
In case of damage on guest property, the guest will notify his/her insurance company. Should it be needed, written statements and information will be gathered together with caretaker/manager at Ronneby Havscamping. Should there be any reasons to believe that Ronneby Havscamping Bökenäs AB may have had any responsibility in the matter, it will be reported to the insurance company of Ronneby Havscamping Bökenäs AB as well. The insurance companies then decide how the matter will be handled. Should there be obvious neglect from Ronneby Havscamping Bökenäs AB’s side, the company will pay the sum of the guest’s excess. Should the guest and Ronneby Havscamping Bökenäs AB not come to an agreement, the guest is referred to ARN (The Swedish Nation Board for Consumer Complaints) who will come up with a solution which Ronneby Havscamping Bökenäs AB will follow.
The guest is himself responsible for signing necessary insurances, such as insurances for responsibility, accidents and luggage. For checked in guests with valid Camping Key Europe card, a certain insurance concerning accidents on site applies.
The guest pledges to take good care of the object rented, and to follow the regulations and instructions given by Ronneby Havscamping, as well as to see to that any travelling company do the same.
The guest is responsible for any damage that may occur on the object rented and on its furnishings, seeing that the guest or someone in the travelling company has shown neglect. The guest will be liable to pay compensation for the damage.
The guest is not allowed to use the object rented for any other purpose than the one declared at the reservation. Moreover, the guest is not allowed to let more people stay in the object rented than the number stated at the reservation.
The agreement will cease to be valid with immediate effect if…
*…you or anyone else in your company should act in an offensive or annoying way in or by the object rented, or anywhere else in the area
*…you or anyone else in your company should make any damage in or by the object rented, or anywhere else in the area
*…the object rented should be used for other purpose than the one agreed upon at the reservation
Should the agreement cease because of any of the above, no reimbursements will be given, nor will the guest or the travelling company of the guest be allowed to continue the stay – they will have to leave the area immediately.
The guest has to clean thoroughly before departure. Should this be neglected, Ronneby Havscamping will clean on the expense of the guest. If the guest or anyone in the travelling company smoke where smoking is not allowed, the guest will be charged with SEK 2000:-. Broken china or other furnishings will be charged for before departure.
